Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. A prepayment of 50% of the cost of the reservation is charged by bank transfer before arrival. The apartment administrator will provide the necessary instructions after booking. In case of cancellation of booking / no-show / refusal to check-in, prepayment is not refundable. In case of not making a prepayment within the time period established by the accommodation facility, the reservation is considered to be canceled.
You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
Upon arrival, a deposit of 10,000 rubles will be charged to the guest, which is fully refunded upon check-out after checking the condition of the accommodation facility. Payment is made in cash.
Check-out is possible from 10:00 to 12:00. Check-in is from 17:00 until 21:00.
Guests are kindly requested to inform the estimated time of arrival on the contact details on the booking confirmation in advance.
Check-in after 21:00 is charged at an additional cost of 1,000 rubles. Check-out until 08:00 on weekdays and until 10:00 on weekends is for an additional fee of 1000 rubles.
The price does not include:
Cleaning fee for all accommodation — 3000 rubles (payment is made in cash at check-in).
