What was bad
Not good service, when I turned up I had to repeat to them all my booking information. Also they tried to overcharge me 300 rubles because "it was a holiday day" I had to phone customer service to sort the issue out.
The first room I was shown had a broken bed, the second room was better. There were lots of alcoholics and strange people hanging around outside.
