Hotel put us lower category room which was too small to stay wrong practice of Hotel.
Next day we protest,.English language was problem with front staff,,it took 3 hrs to make them understand mistake.
wasted our time,,Hotel told us to contact ZENHOTEL who have booked.

The hotel is well located in the town center, not far from Nevskii prospect. Many attractions can be found near. No problem booking through Ostrovok online. Payments are accepted from foreign cards.
