Please note that check-in takes place at one of the property’s offices: Karavannaya Street 7 (from 9:00 until 21:00) or Moskovsky Train Station (from 10:00 until 22:00). Guests arriving before 09:00 and after 22:00 are kindly requested to contact the property in advance to arrange check-in. Please note that an additional refundable deposit is required and will be returned upon departure, subject for damage inspection. Please note that visa support for foreigners is provided free of charge. In case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
