Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. When booking Zenit Junior Suite, guests must pay a refundable deposit in cash in the amount of RUB 20000.00.
The deposit is optional and is charged for the minibar.

Accommodation is only possible with dogs up to 10 kg, cats are not allowed.
Settlement of citizens of the Russian Federation is carried out only with an internal passport. Checking in with a foreign passport or driver's license is not possible.

Due to the fact that the hotel is located in the historical center of the city, we kindly ask you to plan your trip by private car in advance. The nearest paid guarded parking is located in the shopping center "Olympic Plaza". You can also park on the nearby streets where it is allowed by the traffic rules (Stremyannaya st., Vladimirsky avenue).
