Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. The number of extra beds in the hotel is limited. In case of booking for more than two people, including children, please contact the hotel in advance to clarify the availability of extra beds for the date of interest.
For children from 0 to 14 years old, a birth certificate is required. Without parents or legal representatives, for whom the parents must draw up a free-form permit, the child cannot stay at the hotel.
For children from 14 to 18 years old, it is necessary to present documents proving the identity of the minor (passport). The child can live without parents or legal representatives, but he needs the written consent of one of the parents/legal representatives.
