Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The service of meeting at the apartment is paid separately: from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM - RUB 500.00, from 09:00 PM to 09:00 AM - RUB 1000.00.
Check-in (issuance of keys and payment) takes place in the company's office at 7, Karavannaya Street. Entrance from the street: glass door, above it an orange canopy of STN Apartments. The office is open from 09.00 to 21.00. You can also get the keys in our hotel Akme Peterburgskaya Elegy on Rubinshteina d.18/5 (24 hours). Guests arriving before 9:00 or after 21:00 must notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.
Upon arrival, a deposit for the safety of property is collected, it is returned upon departure after checking the apartment.
The amount of the deposit depends on the number of rooms:
For a one-room apartment, the amount of the deposit is 3000.00 RUB, for a two-room apartment - 5000.00 RUB, for a three-room apartment - 7000.00 RUB.
According to the Government Decree No. 1853 of 11/18/2020 (clause 18), Minors under the age of 14 are required to check in the hotel with the documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians). If the accompanying persons are not legal guardians, they are required to provide the notarized consent form of the legal guardians (one of them) and the birth certificate of the minors. Minors aged 14 or above, in the absence of legal representatives next to them, are required to check in the hotel with his/her identity document and a notarized consent form from the legal guardian (one of them). |
