What was good

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location was amazing, very close to Catherine’s Palace and many other tourist locations! I also loved the cafe attached to the hostel. They provided us free coffee and cookies each day.

What was bad

There is no 24 hour reception which made it difficult because our train arrived at 8am and we couldn’t check in until 2pm. However they were able to get us a room by 12pm. The shower was clean, but malfunctioning and when I alerted staff they called someone to fix it but it was still not working well the next day. I was still able to shower so it worked out but was just somewhat inconvenient.

    What was good

    It is in the city centre. There is an elevator to reach the hotel. They give you for free biscuits and tea. You can pay by Credit Card.

    What was bad

    The smell. Just one shower and 2 wc for all the rooms so in the morning could be a problem. The staff doesn't speak English well.
