What was good

Really great central location on Vasilevsky island. The description for this location said hotel, but it is important to know that it is not a hotel, it is a studio in an ordinary apartment building where people live. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of many points of interest. The landlady was very pleasant. If you speak Russian that is a plus, because many here do not speak English. My experience was very good and I recommend this place if you are looking for short term apartment living.
