The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. Breakfast and dinner are served from 06:00 PM to 10:00 PM à la carte at the Marsala gastrobar.
After 12:00 AM, check-in is possible only with prepayment in the amount of the first night’s stay. Contact details are provided in the booking confirmation.
An extra bed on a rollaway is available upon request, subject to availability, and for an additional fee. From 01.04 to 30.09 and from 29.12 to 08.01, the surcharge is RUB 1300.00 per night. On other dates, the extra bed is provided free of charge. When booking an extra bed, breakfast and dinner are not included in the rate and are paid on site. The cost of breakfast is RUB 1000.00.
A baby cot may be provided as an extra sleeping place. A child aged 0 to 17 stays free of charge when using the main bed. Accommodation on an extra bed for a child under 7 years old is provided free of charge. The maximum number of extra beds in the room is 1. Extra beds are available upon request and require confirmation from the hotel.
Guaranteed early check-in is available at the hotel. The cost is 100% of the rate for the preceding night. Non-guaranteed early check-in is provided free of charge from 08:00 AM, subject to availability.
Late check-out until 05:00 PM is charged at 50% of the daily rate. Late check-out after 05:00 PM is charged at 100% of the daily rate.
Accommodation with a pet weighing up to 10 kg is possible. The service is charged separately. The cost of staying with a pet weighing up to 5 kg is RUB 500.00 per night; from 5 to 10 kg — RUB 1000.00 per night. A deposit is charged upon arrival with a pet and is refunded provided that no damage is caused to the room.
Reporting documents are provided for business travelers.
