The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. Front desk is open 24/7. The pool is temporarily closed from 03.08.26 to 05.08.26 due to cleaning and maintenance.
The price of each room includes a buffet breakfast, as well as access to the hydrothermal area SPA.

Hydrothermal area SPA:
The length of stay depends on the selected room category.
Classic with Atrium view and Superior Classic—2 hours, 1 time per day stay.
Junior Suite and Junior Suite Premier — 3 hours 2 times a day.
Palace Suite, Pearl Suite and Executive suites — not limited.
We recommend that guests inform the administration beforehand about the time of guests visit.
SPA opening hours:
Mon-Fri, Sun: 09:00-21:00; from 19:00, access is allowed only for persons over 14 years of age.
Sat: 09:00-23:00; from 21:00 access is only allowed for persons over 14 years of age.
To visit the SPA, guests must have a bathing suit and rubber slippers.
Access to the SPA in terry slippers is prohibited.
Parking:
The service is available for an additional fee, prior reservation is required due to the limited number of places.
Ground parking – RUB 1000.00 per day.
Underground parking – RUB 2000.00 per day, in case of charging an electric car, the cost of renting an underground parking lot will be RUB 2500.00 per day.
Minor guests without parents can only check in if they have notarized consent.

The hotel is super elegant and luxurious. Staffs were helpful and helped us getting the tickets for Mariinsky Theatre.
What was bad
Only few staffs could understand English. But did worked it around with translator app.
