Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. The hotel allows pets weighing up to 8 kg and only in Standard rooms located in the basement with a separate entrance to the floor.
From 01.01.2025 the cost of breakfast will be RUB 1100.00 for adults, RUB 1000.00 for children from 2 to 5 years old, free for children from 0 to 2 years old. From 01.05.2025 the cost of breakfast will be RUB 1400.00 for adults, RUB 1300.00 for children from 2 to 5 years old, free for children from 0 to 2 years old.
The Smart room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people, including infants. For families of 2 people and an infant, it is better to consider rooms of other categories.

Highly recommend this hotel! Unbeatable location, 10min walk to the Hermitage, lovely staff and the rooms are spacious and considered. The decor is a “more is more” aesthetic. A rooftop (probably only open in summer) and luggage storage services.
What was bad
The only negative is the “full double bed” is in fact 2 singles which makes sleeping uncomfortable

Beautiful hotel with a royal look!Excellent location...in the centre of Nevsky Prospekt..Metro station, bus stop, major attractions , cafes, shops are just around the corner..The rooms are very neat, clean and comfortable . A big thanks to the lady sitting at the "Travel Desk" (forgetting her name) at the Reception for suggesting a Ballad at Michealsky Theatre!Would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone planning a visit to St Peter'sburg!

Location was great. Easy to find. There are 3 Catherine Arts... Catherine Art Hotel, Grand Catherine Hotel and Capsule Catherine Art. I think if you have to check-out from Catherine Art Hotel and if your flight /train is late, Catherine Capsule could be an option to rest and freshen up. My room was clean. Breakfast was good. Staff spoke English and were very polite and helpful.
