The convenient location, remote check-in, tea/water/boiler/cups being provided
What was bad
The room was very stuffy with little to no air flow, the shower was dirty, the cleaning staff was shouting in the hallway and opening our door even with the do not disturb sign on, the admin not writing back as fast as we'd liked when checking in, and the entrance area was a bit shady

Window didn't close properly and room was located to an extremely loud courtyard. Difficult to sleep during night.
