What was good

Other than the bedbugs, it's ok.

What was bad

The staff speaks English, the location is quiet and easy to reach, the room is clean and appliances are new, so all is well. Except that: There's a whole kindom of bedbugs!!! I stayed 8 days and left with more than 100 bites everywhere on my body (see photo). I even found bug moults on my bed and blood stains (see photo). I also found black dots and dead bugs in in the bed (see photo). If you know about bedbugs, you know that all these signs mean that there are a lot of them and they've been here for a while. I understand that bedbugs are hard to get rid of and common in hotels, but when I informed the staff of this problem: they are "surprised" and blamed me for bringing the bugs (see photo). First, it's impossible for hotels to go many years without encountering this problem, so obviously, the person is lying; second, what kind of service is "blaming the guests for pest problems without even checking it"? They challenged me to find a review of bedbugs. Well, I don't know Russian, and I can't be bothered to fin translate all of the reviews, but I can make sure that there now is a review of bedbugs! So future guests, here's your proof of the bedbug problem! I had to pack my stuff and vacate the room twice during my stay so that they can "clean and disinfect" it, but even during my last night, I got like 10 bites. So, as of June 2023, the problem is definitely not solved and not looking like it'll be solved anytime soon. The place looks actually quite clean, but again, bedbugs. Blaming the guest for their pest problem!
