The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. The entrance to the hotel is located from Goncharnaya Street, 26.
An extra bed on a folding bed is available upon request and subject to availability for an additional fee: from 01.04 to 30.09 and from 29.12 to 08.01 the surcharge is RUB 1500.00 per day, on other dates an extra bed is provided free of charge.
When booking an additional seat, breakfast and dinner are not included in the price and must be paid on site. The cost of breakfast is RUB 1000.00. The cost of dinner is RUB 950.00.
It is possible to provide a child's bed as an extra bed.
A child aged 0 to 17 years is accommodated in an empty main seat free of charge.
Please note that a child under 7 years old stays free of charge in an extra bed.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. Extra beds are available on request and require confirmation from the hotel.
Guaranteed early check-in is possible at the hotel. The cost is 100% of the cost of the day preceding the arrival.
The non-guaranteed early check-in service is provided free of charge from 08:00, subject to availability of rooms.
Late check-out before 05:00 PM is charged at the rate of 50% of the cost of the day of check-out.
Late check-out after 05:00 PM is charged at the rate of 100% of the cost of the day of check-out.
Upon arrival with an animal, a deposit of RUB 5000.00 will be charged, which will be refunded if nothing is damaged in the room. The cost of accommodation with a pet up to 5 kg is RUB 500.00 per day, with an animal up to 10 kg — RUB 1000.00 per day.
Business travelers are provided with accounting documents.
After the specified time, check-in is possible only with an advance payment in the amount of the cost of the first night's stay.
When booking 3 or more rooms, a prepayment of one night is provided, and the conditions for free cancellation may vary.
For bookings from 7 days inclusive, an advance payment is provided in the amount of the cost of one night's stay.

The hotel is fine, the room numbers are clean and nicely furnished. The only thing to complain about is the strange smell of the water in bathroom. Everything else was on a good level.

The hotel is well situated. It's very close to the Moskovskiy Vokzal.
Great room. Very spacious. Modern. The bed was soo comfortable. The bathroom was sparkling clean.
