The hotel is really great! Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, in the middle of the city center and rooms are very modern and clean. All the interior is really stylish, it seems looks like a 5* hotel. Great value for money. Special thanks to Alina from reception who speaks perfectly English and was very kind to help me with many things during my stay in St. Petersburg.

I wanted a quiet, cozy place to stay, and this was just that. Staff were easy to talk to, was able to contact via WhatsApp and were super helpful. The room was as in the pictures, and very clean.
