The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. On January 1st 2025 La Presse restaurant will serve breakfast from 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM. Starting from January 2nd breakfast will be served as usual: from 07:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Guests need to get the keys and go through the check-in procedure at the Nevsky Forum Hotel, Nevsky Prospekt, 69.
The administrator of the Nevsky Forum Hotel will be able to:
accept payment by cash/bank card for additional services;
sign a contract of employment;
hand over the keys to the apartment and a map of the passage;
order a free taxi, car, one way.
Cleaning and linen change
Apartments are cleaned prior to arrival. The apartments are not cleaned during the stay.
The minimum number of nights for stay is 2 nights.
In some cases, the administration reserves the right to charge a deposit (in cash) for the period of the contract, which is returned to the guest in the absence of material damage.
