Additional information
The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Animals that are allowed to live with include only small dogs of non-fighting breeds. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accommodate a guest with an animal.
Pets are allowed if the guest purchases the entire room.
The guest is required to have a special carrier (cage) for the animal and a special mat for its sleeping. It is prohibited to leave the animal unattended and outside of a special carrier (cage).
To feed the animal, the guest is required to bring special dishes with him.
To satisfy the natural needs of the animal, which do not require walking, the guest is required to bring with him a special tray or other special bedding.
Throughout the hotel (corridors, halls, etc.) and while walking, dogs must be muzzled, collared and on a leash, accompanied by the guest.
It is prohibited for dogs to be in the area where food services are provided (restaurant, buffet, etc.).
Guests arriving on holiday at the hotel with an animal must have an animal passport and a certificate from a veterinarian noting all vaccinations given to the pet.
It is forbidden to stay in the hotel with wild animals or animals that pose a potential danger to guests.
At no extra charge, it is allowed to stay with guide dogs that serve the needs of people with disabilities.
Effective January 1, 2025, a requirement for mandatory consent to the processing of personal data (PD) in the form of a separate document will come into effect.
The previous practice of including this consent in other agreements is unacceptable.
Therefore, the following procedure is being established:
Upon check-in, each guest must receive:
— A completed registration card.
— A separate document — consent to the processing of personal data.
Special conditions apply to:
— Minors.
— Persons recognized as legally incompetent.
Early check-in and late check-out services are available for an additional fee of 50% of the nightly rate if added at the time of booking. If these services are requested after the booking has been made, the fee may differ. |

Hotel looks fresh, updated in 2020.
Lots of lighting options in the room - bed lights, area lights, etc - which I really liked.
Access to the hotel is right from the platforms - extremely convenient.
My room was on the 3rd floor, facing away, from the platforms, and was very quiet - no noise coming into the room whatsoever with the window closed.
Reception is available 24 hrs and resolves all concerns promptly

The location is very convenient and the staff are nice. We couldn’t hear any noise from the train station even though our room face the station

The room wasn’t clean enough, we had to change to a second room. The room was cold which is not normal in Russia. you need to ask for an extra heater and it seems like a common thing to be asked from the customers

Location was perfect for travelers with large luggage coming from Moscow on Sapsan. You can directly come to the hotel and check-in, leaving your luggage and save a lot of time for wandering around St. Petersburg.
What was bad
Room heating wasn't enough, but the hotel managed to bring extra heater and it resolved. good job.
