The apartments are located in the legendary "Dovlatov's House", the former house of the "Merchant Society", built in 1911. This location of the hotel is suitable for both bar tourism and cultural events.

The apartments offer 24-hour check-in, keyless entry. There is also air conditioning and ventilation, oak flooring, natural materials used in decoration, high-speed wi-fi, satellite TV, blackout curtains, underfloor heating, rain shower, adjustable lighting and various lighting options.
