The location is very good, it takes just 5 minutes to walk to Kazan Cathedral.
It is a new hotel with the elevator in the building and everything is clean. The area of the room is also relatively large. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar. Everyone employee at the front desk was very friendly, professional, able to communicate in English and very welcoming.
