It is one of the cleanest hotel I’ve ever lived in, the sheet, quilt and pillows always have a pleasant scent. Once I accidentally came across the cleaning process, and I see they change them every time they clean the room! That’s wonderful. The room was much bigger than I thought, genuinely very big, enough to lay my two big suitcases on the floor and still have plenty room to walk around. The staff was kind and understanding.

Location is excellent. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean but small. We liked the place. Metro is close by , good restaurants and supermarkets close by. All in all, we liked the place.
Breakfast options are limited. Same menu(not buffet). But the friendly staff makes it up for this shortcoming

I like this part of Saint-Peterburg: close to Nevskiy Prospect, the Fontanka river, 5-minute walking distance from Vladimirskaya metro station. And the place is very quiet.
Everything was alright. The room was very clean. the bed was comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt relaxed and easy there.
