Close to metro station, pleasant neighborhood. Kind people of the reception.
The reception man tried to help but mainly only many words, the manager doesn't gave him any support to solve properly the situation. I really felt cheated.
The room is not soundproof as you can expect. During the early morning you can hear the tram going, the door in the corridor doesn't protect at all by the noisy.
