Check-in is conducted remotely. Guests are required to contact the administration on the day of arrival or the day before, between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, to receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Check-in instructions are also sent via chat after 6:00 PM on the evening before arrival.
