The apartment was spacious, there was everything needed and the location was good, many public transport options available.
What was bad
The self check-in process wasn't that clear and you needed to enter 2 different codes in 2 different doors which wasn't explained properly. But after I figured it out, it wasn't that difficult.

It was clean.
Actual was to pay by cash. It was possible, without convenience. It will be actual for all foreigner's until Debit/Credit cards doesn't work in Russia.

fast wifi, 20-25 mins by bus to the central, 10-12 mins walking to the metro station, very safe neighbourhood.

room is very small, looks like shelt and, for a winter time its very cold. broken wall and some tv functions are not working.
