Stayed here for 2 nights for business trip. The room is basic, but spacious. The staff in this hotel are fantastic. I don’t speak Russian, but this was not a problem here. I was very impressed by all the staff I encountered in the hotel, not just because they mostly spoke English, but because they presented a very welcoming and helpful attitude. Whoever hires and trains the staff, take a bow. The restaurant is, according to my local friend, the second best in town. I enjoyed two very nice dinners here with impeccable service. If you are traveling to Sterlitamak this is undoubtedly your best choice. Well done everyone at Grand Hotel Vostok for making my stay here such a pleasure.
