Behind the house there is a forest belt. And also nearby is the Tihoe Lake with an area for walking and relaxing, boats and catamarans, a square, a cafe, a playground and a rope park.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator. The apartments, which can accommodate up to 3 guests, are equipped with: a folding double sofa, a folding armchair, bed linen, towels, cable TV, Wi-Fi, an iron with accessories, a dryer.
