The hotel is a closed club resort. To make a reservation, guests should send a scanned copy or photo of the 1st page of the passport of all guests to the property's email address. Only guests who have passed the security check of the hotel are allowed to check in and visit the hotel territory, this rule is also mandatory for persons accompanying guests (bodyguards, guides, assistants and other personal staff).
