Called out and say thanks to front desk again:) We booked a car to go back to Murmansk but the car was broken. We are so worried that we can't catch the flight on time. Front desk helped us to find another driver. Even though we can only communicate through communication app, she is very helpful and patient. I would definitely recommend everyone to choose this hotel.

Good location in the town，can see the northern light in the room. Warm rooms with great heater.

Really noisy，the sound isolation is really poor，you can hear your neighbor snoresing loudly. Outsider people are rudely going up and down the stairs，really noisy.
