I was with my husband a year ago, we had a good rest, the room and the food looked like four, but when we arrived this year, we were terrified, the area was in a run-down state and it stayed that way, the reception is staffed by very rough and clumsy girls, in the dining room (you can't call this dining room) the cut vegetables and cabbage, the soup kitchens, the cake in the rooms, the bathtub is covered in cream and chlorine, plus the sauna with spices and varnish, the animators and Valeria is a classroom.
