It was overall a horrible experience
What was bad
The promised parking was not provided (it was one of the reasons we chose the hotel). Hotel staff sent us to the parking lot security, who told us there was no slots available. Finally, we were allowed to park in the corner, outside the designated place.
We waited for 40 minutes to check in, and the administrator didn't even see if the room was paid for. We were NOT provided the room we booked - the one with
