Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Prepayment is 30% of the booking cost. The rest is paid upon arrival.
The prepayment will be refunded if canceled before the free cancellation period has expired in accordance with the Cancellation Terms of the applicable rate.
Payment upon arrival is accepted in cash or online by credit card. In the latter case, the guest is provided with a link to the online payment page or the QR code of the Quick Payments System. To do this, guests should have a gadget with Internet access! Guests can also provide the option to pay by bank transfer on receipt to make a prepayment.
Prepayment for booking must be made no later than 1 day from the date of booking.
Until payment is received, the booking is considered non-guaranteed and may be canceled upon receipt of a paid guaranteed booking from another guest.
Bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests should bring their own linen.
Indoor smoking is prohibited.
Early check-in or late check-out is only possible upon request and subject to availability.
Accommodation with such pets as cats, dogs of small and medium breeds is possible on request and on condition that all the necessary accessories for them will be with the owners and the owners will control the hygiene issues.
