At the flat

A 1-bedroom flat on the 1st floor with a loggia is available for booking. There is a 160 cm wide bed with a medium or high hardness mattress, a 140 cm wide sofa with a mattress topper, and mattress pads. There is a choice of regular and orthopaedic pillows, bed linen, towels and slippers.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker, electric kettle, blender, steamer, a set of dishes, a lighted work table, a dining table, 4 chairs. The flat has internet with a speed of 70 MB and internet TV 240 channels. For work there is a computer table, stands for laptop on the knees and on the table. From household appliances and furniture in the flat is a washing machine, hairdryer, 2 wardrobes, bedside table, ironing board, iron, hoover, mop. On the loggia is installed ceiling dryer for laundry.

Before each arrival, the bathroom curtain, plaids, slippers are washed. For children 0-3 years old we provide children's dishes, potty, toilet liner, for older children — dishes with prints. For short stays guests are provided with a set of products in the kitchen — tea, coffee, salt, sugar, cereals, seasonings. The bathroom has personal hygiene products — shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toothpaste. There are detergents — tablets for the dishwasher, powder and conditioner for the washing machine, sponge for washing dishes.

The flat has a «plate» for skiing down the hill. There is a small free set of adult skis and children's skates. The resort is equipped with illuminated paths for hiking, ski tracks — cross-country and skate tracks, and a slide. It is possible to make a walking route up to 15 km long: golf course, Yamskaya Forest, recreation area of the hotel, Shosha bank, restaurants. The resort has a skating rink, a slide, skate hire.
