Nice location, pleasant view, very close to the Kremlin and to the centre.
What was bad
If you're going to have breakfast there, be prepared that it takes 1.5 hours to get your meal. The staff can serve you the meal you didn't order and forget what you really wanted to.
Check-out took about 40 mins because somebody didn't close the order on the kitchen and nobody knew what to do about it.
