Accommodation with animals up to 10 kg is possible upon prior agreement with the hotel. No more than two pets can be taken in one room. Accommodation with animals is paid separately.

Nice location, pleasant view, very close to the Kremlin and to the centre.
What was bad
If you're going to have breakfast there, be prepared that it takes 1.5 hours to get your meal. The staff can serve you the meal you didn't order and forget what you really wanted to.
Check-out took about 40 mins because somebody didn't close the order on the kitchen and nobody knew what to do about it.
