Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The reception desk does not work around the clock. In case of arrival after 10 PM, guests should notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation.

All foreigners and people who do not have a Russian passport (Belarusians, Ukrainians, Kazakhs, etc.) can enter the border zone only by passes.
