Kovcheg Hotel is is located in the Uymon Valley, in the Ust-Koksa village, at the confluence of the Koksa and Katun rivers.

There are two buildings on the territory of the recreation center. In the Big Ark there are one and two-room rooms with a private bathroom, with a balcony or terrace. In the Small Ark there are single rooms with shared bathrooms on the floor, dormitories for 6 or 8 guests, as well as a family room with a private bathroom. Glamping tents and a separate one-room house with a terrace are located on the additional territory within walking distance.
