The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Meals are not provided on site.

Credit cards are not accepted.

A passport will be required upon check-in. Guests are required to contact the property prior to check-in using the phone number provided in the booking confirmation and inform them of their check-in time.

Bringing or using any acoustic equipment is prohibited. A fine or cancellation of the reservation without a refund may be imposed. The property has its own acoustic system. Violations of these rules will be subject to a fine at the discretion of the management. Guests are responsible for the full cost of any damage to property.
