No one cleaned our room for 4 days straight. Trash was not even taken out. They had no back up generators so when the power went out we were left in the dark for 2 days and they couldn’t even cook us any food although we paid for the all inclusive deal. Bad experience. We checked out ahead of time and never even received a refund fir the data we didn’t stay there. We booked another hotel in Anapa for
