The hotel is very well located, the staff is very friendly and supportive. The rooms are big and clean, quite recently renovated. You can get all your laundry done for RUB500 (=one washing machine cycle, fill with what you have to). This is very good for travelers, which are having just a stopover here in the city, like Transsib tourists or Asia flash/backpackers. If you do not want to book the food options offered, there is a lot that surrounds the hotel. I do not understand why people rate the hotel with so few stars: what exactly do they expect from a simple 3 star hotel? In that category this is most certainly a great option that I recommend!
