Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. Breakfast is available every day, except 1.01.2026 and 2.01.2026, from 7:45 to 10:30.
Guests no longer need to provide a certificate of vaccination or previous illness to check in. The covid restrictions have been lifted.
Guests should check the availability of a bathroom in a Standard room.
If a visa is required to enter the country, the hotel will in most cases provide the necessary documents for obtaining it. For more information, please contact the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Additional charges may apply for these services, even in the event of a subsequent cancellation. All arrangements are made exclusively between the guest and the hotel.
The hotel offers a shuttle service from the cruise ship pier, ferry pier, airport and train station (additional charges may apply). Guests are required to notify their arrival 48 hours prior to arrival using the contact information in the booking confirmation email.
One child under the age of six stays at the hotel free of charge, provided that a parent/guardian stays in the room without providing an extra bed.
