What was bad
This hotel is really rubbish. The service at the front desk is also average, especially the cleaner who opened our door without permission. We were packing and had not put on clothes yet. He came in and urged us to hurry up. This person has no manners at all. He is a very uneducated and unqualified cleaner. I will never come to this hotel again. It really brings shame to Russia.
