Guests under 14 may check in only when accompanied by a legal representative — a parent, adoptive parent, guardian, or an accompanying adult. A legal representative must provide documents confirming their relationship — a passport, birth certificate, or a guardianship order. An accompanying adult must provide written consent from one of the parents permitting joint accommodation at the hotel, along with copies of the legal representative’s passport pages — the page with personal data and photo, and the pages containing information about children. Guests aged 14 to 18 must have written consent from one of their legal representatives — a parent, adoptive parent, or guardian — allowing independent accommodation at the hotel, as well as copies of the legal representative’s passport pages — the page with personal data and photo, and the pages containing information about children. The consent may be handwritten in free form and does not require notarization.

Foreign guests or stateless persons are required to provide the necessary set of documents upon check-in.
