The guest house has beds with orthopedic mattresses, artificial swan down pillows and air blankets for comfortable accommodation of up to 8 people: 1st room has 2 90x200 beds, 2nd room has one 180x200 bed, 3rd room has one 160x200 bed, the living room has a 150x200 sofa.

Guests have access to bed linen, towels, slippers, a bathroom, hygiene products, disposable dental kits, dishes, a stove, a washing machine, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a steam generator, an ironing board, a multicooker, an air conditioner, a kettle, a coffee machine, skewers, a grill, salt, sugar, spices, coffee, tea, oil, cereals.

The guest house is equipped with 2 smart speakers that can be used to control the equipment in the house, including the main and decorative lights, both in the house and on the street, in addition the smart home system provides temperature control. Additionally: a console with games and joysticks, board games, a projector in one of the bedrooms, a veranda with a swing, a fire bowl, alder firewood for the fire bowl and for barbecue, a courtyard fenced on 3 sides, parking spot for 3 cars.

The guest house's village is guarded, there are checkpoint cameras at the entrance. The guest house has cameras facing the parking area.
