Back at the hostel (Rus-Yakutia Hostel), the receptionist asked me for an extra 500 rubles because I had checked in that morning. However, she hadn't mentioned any additional charges at that time, and I had only dropped off my bag before leaving for a day tour. After I explained the situation, she finally let it go.
