Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. Due to maintenance work at the hotel's bath complex, the swimming pool and baths will be closed from November 17, 2025 to November 20, 2025 inclusive.
A prepayment is required prior to arrival. After booking, a property representative will contact guests with information on the amount, prepayment methods, and cancellation conditions.
The type of bed chosen is not guaranteed. The type of bed (twin or one double) must be agreed upon with the hotel upon arrival.
In the Standard A, Standard B and Deluxe without balcony categories double beds are presented as combined single beds without a topper and with two mattresses.
Every Monday the hotel has a sanitary day, the bathhouse, sauna and pool are not open.
Breakfasts are not held in the restaurant, but in the banquet hall.
From October 7 to 10, the hotel will drain the pool.
