The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. Before arrival, guest must make a prepayment of the cost of 1 night staying. An administrator of the guest house will contact guest after booking to inform him about ways of making the prepayment.
The prepayment is not refundable in cases when guest cancels the booking.
For bookings during the period April 1 to November 1, the prepayment is 50% of the booking cost. In this case, free cancellation is possible not later than 60 days prior to arrival. Otherwise, prepayment is not returned.
The number of parking spaces is limited. Guests must inform the property in advance that a parking space will be required. Contact details are provided on the booking confirmation. |
