The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. The hotel charges an advance payment in the amount of one night's stay, which must be paid by transferring funds to the hotel's bank account or through online banking 10 days before arrival at the hotel. In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 10 days before the arrival date, the prepayment is refunded in full.

The cost of an extra bed depends on the selected rate:
No breakfast:

— child under 12 years old: RUB 1200.00.
With breakfast:

— child under 12 years old: RUB 1800.00.
With breakfast and lunch:
— adult: RUB 3500.00;
— child under 12 years old: RUB 2200.00.
