The cleaning and the location was great. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

When we arrived there, it was night and the weather is -2 degrees. The air conditioner was working in the room in cool mode, the room was chilly. And for some reason, the warm mode didn't work. The next day they sent us a heater but we slept in a cold room in the first night. Also the sanitary supplies could be more varied. For example, there was just shampoo and sh
