Additional information

Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival.
The deposit is returned to guests on the day of departure after cleaning.
Access to the parking lot is provided by prior arrangement, subject to availability and upon booking for 3 days or more.
If the booking is for 3 or more guests, then a set of bed linen for the sofa is already included in the price. If there are two guests, then the second set of bed linen is provided for an additional fee.
Early check-in and late check-out are provided only upon availability for an additional fee of RUB 250.00 per hour.
Accommodation with a pet is allowed for an additional fee of RUB 500.00 per day. If the booking is more than 3 days, the fee is RUB 300.00 per day.
Reporting documents are provided upon agreement for an additional fee.
The following is prohibited: holding events, staying more guests than specified in the booking, smoking in the apartment (including the shared balcony), damaging property and noise at night. In case of non-compliance with these rules, the deposit may be withheld in part or in full.
