The apartment has an area of 37 sq. m. The newly renovated apartments are located in a new 15-storey building, on the 11th floor.
Panoramic windows overlook the sunny side. The windows are not equipped with curtains. Curtains hang between the room and the sitting area.
The apartment features: TV, washing machine, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, clothes steamer, microwave, kettle, toaster, mixer, coffee grinder, coffee maker; equipped kitchen with dining area; double bed with orthopedic pillows and mattress; bed linen for two beds; two bathrobes.
