Parking on the territory of the plot, where it is possible to accommodate up to three cars. The house begins with a terrace that turns into a summer veranda-living room. Another door leads to the heated part of the house, where there is a kitchen with kitchen utensils, dishes and other equipment. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, two sofas, a table and a TV. There are adult and children's libraries. Also on the ground floor there is a toilet room with a washing machine and a clothes dryer. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, three beds with bedside tables in each. Cabinets are presented in every room. The toilet room on the second floor has a shower cabin. Hot water supply is always available, there is centralized gas heating. The water comes from its own well. It is possible to rent a boat for walking on the lake in summer and motor sleds for riding on the lake in winter, and there is also tubing. For an additional fee, you can visit the Russian wood-fired sauna. There are chickens and goats in the personal subsidiary farm. According to the season, honey and bee products are offered from its own apiary.
